粟米忌廉火腿飯(10分鐘簡易碟頭飯)


材料:(3人份量)

白米            2米量杯

火腿扒        1包(約200g

粟米茸        1

高鈣低脂奶 250-300ml

雞粉             半茶匙

雞蛋            1

薑片             2


做法:

  1. 首先要煲飯(最重要🤣);
  2. 腿扒切小粒,熱鑊下1湯匙油,以中小火煎火腿粒至兩面金黃;
  3. 用廚房紙抹乾淨鑊面,倒入粟米茸和放2塊薑片,中火煮滾後倒入鮮奶及半茶匙雞粉煮開,加入(2)火腿粒拌勻;
  4. 轉小火倒入已打散雞蛋液,拌成蛋花;
  5. 盛起飯到碗中,用飯殻稍為壓實,倒扣在碟中,淋上(4)粟米火腿汁即成
