蒸杯子蛋糕


材料:(6個)

雞蛋                2

砂糖                60g

鮮奶                60g

中筋麵粉        120g

泡打粉            8g

菜油                 40g

紅色食用色素 2-3

可可粉             1g


做法:

  1. 雞蛋、砂糖、鮮奶先打勻,篩入中筋麵粉和泡打粉,再加菜油拌勻,即成稍稠原味麵糊;
  2. 抽出1湯匙(1)麵糊,加2-3滴紅色食用色素混和,成紅色麵糊;
  3. 1湯匙(1)麵糊,加1g可可粉混和,即成啡色麵糊;
  4. 把(1)原味麵糊倒倒入小杯至七成滿,在上面利用其他顏色的麵糊作裝飾;
  5. 放入蒸焗爐105度焗15分鐘,即成。
